****Charged for work not completed***** They charged me for changing 4 spark plugs but only did two. A few weeks later I had some major acceleration issues pulling into traffic and almost got into a bad accident. When I got it home and checked the codes it was a misfire code. I took everything apart and noticed the shop only replaced 2 out of 4 plugs. I called Sam and gave him the chance to be honest....he wasn't. Then he starts to back track.
