Sam is very knowledgeable on hybrid cars. I have a 2013 Chevy Volt plug in hybrid with 128,000 miles, my car display showed power propulsion reduced and I barely made it home. After that it wouldn't start, I took it to the dealer and was told my hybrid battery had bad cells and needed to be replaced at a cost of $10,000.00 parts and labor. I took it to Sam's shop, and he was able to diagnose and do a software update and get my car running again with no problems.
