The best affordable mechanic in MD. His staff/ team work very hard and efficiently. The front desk coordinator was very kind and receptive. As a staff member dropped me to and from the location after dropping the car off/ to pick up the car when it was ready.
Very unhappy. Bought a car there in October, an issue with the engine had me sending it back in January for Sam to look at. We are now going on SIX weeks and the car is still not done. Would not provide me with a rental car and sent the car for someone else to work on. Instead of providing me with updates I have to be the one to call. Kinda ridiculous if you ask me!
I was desperate for an oil change and, despite a busy schedule, they managed to take care of my car. Super nice, efficient and very reasonably priced. Thank you very much, Sam! It was truly a pleasure to meet you.
