I had exhaust and shocks replaced on my car. Very prompt service and professional. Highly recommended!
I didn't realize after driving around New England that I needed to get an oil change immediately. I accidentally requested the wrong type of oil. Sam found out my car used a higher quality oil and surprised me with the same price as the normal oil. I went right before he had to close, he got me in and he was there taking care of some other customers after he was supposed to close. Sam is now my new go to guy for everything for my car. Thanks again, bud!
i could have given a zero if i could, i went in for a car inspection, i had 2 bulbs not working and everything else was fine, the guy there said he would bill me 20$ per bulb, i said it was too much, then he said," if you dont pay the money for the bulbs then i would give you a rejection ticket which would show on your record ", i settled a deal for a cheaper price on the bulbs as i was getting late for work. this place :- 1) ABUSES THE INSPECTION POWER GIVEN TO THEM. 2) SELLS THE EQUIPMENT AT A PRICE OF THEIR CHOICE SCARING... read more
Brought my car to Sam's Auto Care in Medford,recommended by many friends who said Sam is the best in town .I agree that Sam is a good guy. My car was making noise,toyota dealer told me that i need catalytic converter apprx $850.I ended to take my car to sams auto after his diagniostic it was only shield metal,,,for cost $20 of labor to take it out SAM is the best ,I am sure that any future repairs will be done only and only at SAMS.
