Picked up a U-haul 10’ truck on 12/7/24. Had just over a quarter tank of gas, we were expecting to drive 10 miles AT MOST for our rental. We were moving a couch from .5 miles from our apartment into our apartment (my friend was moving and it was an upgrade for us). This place was closest to us at right around 1.5 miles. Gave away the U-Haul trailer I reserved. Then told me I couldn't tow it with my car anyway (I could and did when I ok picked one up in Lawrence 🤷♂️). Very inconvenient and aggravating.
I've been getting my state inspections here, they also rent uhauls, sell gas, and repair vehicles. The service seems fair, honest, very fast.
I picked up a truck. The lady there was super helpful.
