Asked the attendant to fill up my car with regular-using a debit card. He set it up to self- fill and walked away. When the nozzle stopped he closed it up and I asked for a receipt. When I looked at my gage and saw the receipt-it was only half full. I showed him my receipt and gage. He insisted it was full because the nozzle shut off. He didn't care and walked away. This place is an absolute disaster. Brought my car in for a simple fix and somehow it came back worse than before. They took forever, barely communicated, and then tried to charge me way more than what they originally said. The staff acted like they didn’t care at all and just brushed off my concerns. On top of that, my car started making new noises the next day. Feels like they either don’t know what they’re doing or just don’t care. Definitely would not recommend unless you enjoy wasting time and money. They are scammers
Picked up a U-haul 10’ truck on 12/7/24. Had just over a quarter tank of gas, we were expecting to drive 10 miles AT MOST for our rental. We were moving a couch from .5 miles from our apartment into our apartment (my friend was moving and it was an upgrade for us). This place was closest to us at right around 1.5 miles.
