Excellent service. Very fast work. Very good mechanics. I definitely recommend it.
Don’t use these guys! This your warning. Took my car here to see what they would charge to redo A/C 3880$ and to do front brakes and rotors 800$. Went to pick my car up and they want 78$ for diagnose fee, but on receipt it says hoist fee. That in its self wasn’t to smart. You charge and say something different on the receipt. That’s trouble! HIGHLY recommend you do NOT bring your vehicle to this shop. 1100$ for NOTHING. Absolutely shameful how they treat elderly. Simply needed a diagnostic and repair for AC in this hot Arizona heat, diagnostic and repair for emission. $1100. No emission and no AC. Communication with the office is nothing.
Receptionist was not very welcoming
I rarely ever leave reviews but, Sams has changed. I have been bringing vehicles here for 6 years and this place used to offer top notch service. I don’t feel as though they are operating at the same quality as they have prior. I brought our family vehicle in to have a fair amount of work done including a gas tank replacement, oil pan replacement, brakes and rotors, and an alignment.
