I first Want to say that We have been a customer for 19 years. We are on our 4th refrigerator with them and have really been pleased with all services we have had with them. Including getting repairs. Up until this weekend. Repairs were off. My refridgerator was still broken. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt. And we ended up purchasing another fridge. Mi experiencia con ellos no fue buena ya que pague 180 dólares por una mal servicio, después de cambiar una manguera la lavadora seguía tirando agua y les avise vino el técnico por segunda ves y dijo que no encontró nada y la lavadora seguía tirando agua y por 3 ves les hice saber y dijeron que enviarían a alguien pero no lo hicieron y el técnico ni siquiera tuvo la amabilidad de contestar el msj por lo menos para decir que no iba a venir porque ya no le pagarían el trabajo. Trash place!!! All the items are trash !!! I brought one fridge and it’s stop working after 2 month !!! When I called them they said they can’t do anything!! 😢😢
