Was able to come out on short notice to repair our washer, and after 5pm to accommodate our work schedules, which was much appreciated! Sam quickly diagnosed the problem, and ensured that our washing machine did not have any major issues going on to where it would need replaced - in order to make sure that spending money on this repair was worthwhile, which we appreciated. He was kind and professional!
Was not impressed. Did not do anything except for telling me I fixed it by unplugging it. Charged me the service call and left still have same problem
Sam was great. He got us in on short notice and got everything fixed in an hour! Very friendly and very reasonably priced
