Have not used Samron to pave but have been a bystander of one of their projects. There is one intersection in Vienna and instead of setting up a detour or making at least one lane usable through town-the had traffic backed up for hours. When questioning about a delay and how long it was going to be-the response was any minute now, while being another hour. There has been construction around my building for about a week now. Throughout that time I'd say 15 or so vehicles have used my parking lot. Normally, I would have zero problem with this. However EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM have the complete inability to park between two lines on the ground. Every Single Vehicle -- commercial and PERSONAL -- ALL have taken at LEAST TWO SPACES EACH. I don't know who these people are but I just watched them block two police cars and an ambulance from turning onto a street where they're filling potholes. Not a good look, guys.
