I am extremely disappointed with how this orthodontic office handled my billing, communication, and my private health information near the end of my treatment. The balance they are now charging me is specifically the portion my insurance refused to pay after my policy became inactive—a situation that was completely out of my control due to a family matter. I finished treatment today and would like to thank Samra orthodontics for giving me the best experience ever! I have no complaints. All of my appointments were easily made, their staff is absolutely amazing! Dr. Samra gave me exactly what i wanted and is super easy to talk to. He addressed all of my concerns and made sure i was happy at the end of treatment. Their prices are fair and payment plans are very reasonable. Thank you again!
