To the woman who made a follow-up appointment for my daughter, I didn’t catch your name for a couple of reasons. 1) You didn’t address us when you came into the area so I had no idea you were there for us 2) We were there for a permanent retainer repair, so I didn’t think we’d be making a follow-up appointment, as my daughter has had her braces off for quite some time.
