First off, I want to thank the fellows at Sampson. I showed up, unannounced and they were busy. I spoke to them of my issue I was having and they made time to come out, see what I was worried about and explained what they were seeing. I went back in, booked my appointment and left feeling not so worried. I brought my vehicle back 2 days later, they went over it, called me by noon (as promised) and went over the quote step by step. There's so much to be said about Sampson Transmission. After 15 hours of struggling to find somewhere open and receive a diagnosis, I was directed to Sampson Transmission. When I got there Sam helped me out right away with a diagnostic scan and some research into the error codes displayed. They were then able to squeeze me in that day and run further diagnostics.
