Sampson came out and was very professional and is going to get my roof repaired in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.
I really hate having to give bad reviews. Hopefully they will reach out to me to resolve in a timely manner. I had a large section of my roof replaced by Sampson Roofing. There is a leak that happened while I was under warranty and I'm still under warranty currently. They sent people out twice the second time they said they definitely found the issue and fixed it. Sampson has a responsive, respectful team! They came out quickly, identified the issues and repaired our roof that same week. Sampson communicated with us throughout the process, including pictures. The team did quality work at a reasonable, competitive price!
Sampson roofing did a great job on replacing my mother's 30 year old roof. They were onetime each day, kept the job site clean, and did everything they said they would do. Their crew was efficient and professional. Their price was the lowest of the 3 bids we received. We would use them again.
Sampson made this roofing process super convenient from the start of reaching out to my homeowner's insurance to file a claim, removing and reinstalling solar panels, clean up, and customer service. Roof looks beautiful and comes with a 5 year warranty! Not 5 stars because it took a while to get my warranty and I had to message and email several times. Overall, would recommend.
