He never resolved our issues we reported him to the roc our roof still needs repair we are out of our guarantee for our 2yr roof pls never use him dishonest

UPDATE: Unfortunately I had to update my review. After heavy rain, I had a water leak that damaged the ceiling. Initially Sampson returned my call and said he would have it repaired. He fixed a few shingles and sent a drywall pro who provided a quote for the ceiling repair and Sampson rejected it. After that single quote, I tried calling for months and left numerous messages but he never responded. Now I'm stuck with a water damaged ceiling from a roofer who I thought I could trust. Unprofessional on social media
Sampson roofing did a wonderful job. Sampson himself always stayed in contact with me through out the entire process. The crew was respectful and always cleaned up debris at the end of the day. We also had solar and Sampson helped us with a crew for that, and they were very respectful as well. All in all, I am extremely happy. Thank you from the King family!
