Great experience!
really, i thought the "family Doctor" concept was a thing of the past as the coldness of the medical world continues to grow distant from the geniunely caring gentle Practitioners of yesteryear, but Dr. Amanda Herrington, Nurse Dawn and the Sampson Medical staff at Newton Grove proved me wrong. this is that great such a place, and i feel absolutely trusting and comfortable employing them with my medical needs. they are the standard for what the medical world should be.
Nurse Practioner Amanda Herrington at the Newton Grove office is fantastic. Very friendly and wants to help. One complaint: The receptionist. She is quite rude and not a people person. She should not be there or she should be stuck in back where she has no access to people. My wife had an appointment there and was several minutes late after driving from Clinton to see Amanda. This receptionist sent her home and told her to reschedule. Bad Bad Bad person for such a place.
The lady upfront needs to learn how to answer the phone everyone in the house has called at least 2 times off more then one number and does not call back tell 3 to 4 days after being called
