I want to make something clear. The owner and employees are fantastic at Carlisle Hardware. That said, the rental company that they partner with is horrible. They will not fix their machines and blame you as operator error. They would not listen to the issues, just blame the issue on the client. I talked to the repair dept. several times and they couldn't get it fixed. Asked for some compensation for spending hours trying to make the lift work. I will not rent from them again.
