PATIENTS BEWARE OF: Fraudulent and Deceitful Dental Group. On May 24th,2023 I went to Sampson Dental group in Granville Ohio. At this visit I had x-rays, oral exam, teeth cleaning and 2 teeth (# 14 & 15 where extracted) These charges where issued to my insurance company. I was also charged for 2 bone replace grafts that cost $663.00 per tooth totaling $1326.00 These grafts where not on my explanation of benefits statement for my insurance company.
