Love my 2002 Ford Focus wagon! Ossie was super awesome! Customer service skills are great and was very honest about the condition of the car. He was great with communication. He even drove the transferred title to my place in cincinnati. Will definitely send my friends to him!
Bought my first car from this guy, a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire. Car seemed to be nice until I went to go have it looked at when the brake light came on - the entire frame was rusted beyond repair, to the point where the mechanics were afraid to even keep it up on the lift. Instead of making things right, Ossie dragged us around for months, offering 2 separate, equally bad cars - one had front end damage and the other had the exact same frame rot problem.
