I called this company to get an estimate and was greeted by an answering service. When I asked how I would go about getting somebody out to my office for an estimate, I was told my contact info would be faxed to "Pat", at which point "Pat" would contact me for an appointment. Three days later, I was contacted by "Pat", and though at this point I probably should have turned her down, we agreed on a day for an appointment.
