My time was wasted. Went in for a simple physical & TB test that I urgently needed for a job. Took them 1 month to have my paperwork ready, from scheduling initial apps to my signed paperwork. Labs were requested and completed on first initial appt. 1 week later I come back for my results and signed paperwork, turns out they forgot to ask for another sample that was required and listed on the paperwork. Great staff, well prepared, quick solutions to my questions, very good atention from Sampat Unnati MD! This is the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. I would like to have them around if I ever get sick again. Dr. Sampat Unnatti has been very busy but still takes care and takes the time to make me feel like If I am the only patient there.
Dr.Sanmpat it’s an amazing Dr. And nurse practitioners too, but staff are not organized and are rude. Today I had an appointment and was told by a staff member “you know you are here just for X-rays results right?” I answered yes she said “ we are really busy, all of our rooms are full at this moment , we are going to call you later to talk to you on the phone go over your results “ It’s the adittude they have and the careless of our time. we work and have to arrange time for appointment time and travel time since I live in ... read more
