This review is strictly for the office staff/ receptionist as I never saw this doctor. I had a referral from my insurance and I called the office for almost a week and left a message. My call was never returned. I called a different number from the number on the referral. I called during business hours and wasn't still routed to the after hours answering service. (8:13am). I was a patient of Dr Archarya when she was practicing in Connecticut. She would sit and listen to you. Never rushing you out the door to make quotas. If I was able to continue seeing her thru Telehealth I would jump at the opportunity

She is wonderful. She has called me personally to see how I am. So knowledgeable and answers all my questions and her medical assistant is wonderful too. I highly recommend here. Living with an autoimmune disease is stressful and emotional. It is good to have such a compassionate rheumatologist.
