My daughter purchased a truck from them on the way home engine light came on was a $500 repair and they found out engine mounts were broken they never should have passed a safety check they offer $300 that cost her $1,500 I wanted to return the truck get my money back but they said all sales are final beware of this dealer. But I must say the guy I was dealing with was nice it was the owner manager of the company that was not very good to deal with
Car Connection Toronto provided a Safety Standards Certificate for a vehicle with a leaking differential and structural rust. These are not minor oversights; they are critical safety failures that invalidate the inspection. The vehicle was unsafe at the time of sale. A government investigation (DriveON) is now underway regarding their inspection practices. I post this review so future customers can make an informed decision, which I could not.
Great car dealership, they take responsibility for their cars.
Buyers be aware. Sold me garbage car with transmission issues in Auction and doesn't want to take responsibility for it.
