Very unprofessional attitude toward clients. We had a consultation scheduled two weeks in advance, but the day before they called and asked me to reschedule because, quote, “the lawyer will be busy.” It wasn’t convenient for me, but they said that if I didn’t reschedule, I’d have to wait another two weeks. To make matters worse, the lawyer was 30 minutes late to the consultation. At the end, she said she would send us information about the forms we needed to fill out—but she never did. 😂 pathetic
