BROOOO! Went in here the other week and it felt like a place where I could get jumped & mugged. Peeps working there just sitting on boxes and stock hanging out with no vest or indication they worked there. Lights were all off and only the outside sun was lighting up the place. Then they didn't have the part I needed. Lots of the aisles were sparsely stocked. Man, this place used to be pretty good from what I remembered back in the mid to late 1990s. Rude and condescending.
I bought a toilet from this Juan Tabo Location. The toilet seat did not have the bolts so I went back to the store and the sales person gave me bolts from right off the toilet that was on display. I took them, but they were the wrong bolts. I returned them and the store manager gave me a pack of bolts again another pack. These bolts were still wrong so I called again.
