Several times I have come in and the manager or owner, whoever was at the counter, was rude. Almost annoyed I was ordering food. Today was the second time a fried chicken salad was messed up from what I ordered. Today not only was cheese in it, when ordered no cheese, but the chicken was incorrect. The chicken was "grilled" chicken, but in all reality it was more microwave chicken that was rubber and watery. I removed the "chicken" and not even two bites in, several strands of black hair. I am officially done trying.
I've been eating at Sammy's since its very first location on South Broadway, and it's always the first place I go when I arrive in Minot. The consistent service and quality over the years are exactly why I continue to return. During my most recent visit, however, I had an interaction with an employee named Griffin that was unacceptable. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment we approached the counter. It genuinely felt as though we were inconveniencing him by simply being there.
