Several times I have come in and the manager or owner, whoever was at the counter, was rude. Almost annoyed I was ordering food. The chicken was "grilled" chicken, but in all reality it was more microwave chicken that was rubber and watery. I removed the "chicken" and not even two bites in, several strands of black hair.
