I've been eating at Sammy's since its very first location on South Broadway, and it's always the first place I go when I arrive in Minot. The consistent service and quality over the years are exactly why I continue to return. During my most recent visit, however, I had an interaction with an employee named Griffin that was unacceptable. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment we approached the counter. It genuinely felt as though we were inconveniencing him by simply being there. We had a great pizza,and the staff was great.
This pizza is so delicious but they burnt it on the bottom :( Not the cheapest order so that bummed us out. Hope the staff corrects this problem for future orders if we decide to go back..
