I’m giving this 4 stars because the people who work here are great and the wash does a good job, but for them to say it’s 24 hours is a joke. Each time I’ve gone to the Salisbury or Berlin location after hours, either the screen isn’t working, the wash is blocked off, or some other malfunction. Don’t even try to go after hours. They could at least post an update on Google or Facebook when it is down so people don’t waste their time

its the 2nd time that Ive gotten there at 6:05 and they already had people vacuuming but told me I wasn’t allowed to vacuum my car ive been a member for over a year. Every time I go and vacuum my car they ask me if I’m a member. Everytime.im tired the workers are rude and have attitudes.i always ask for the manager but they always say there isn’t one there.
Came in from Michigan - salt all over my car. Paid $18 for standard wash. When I got back to our apartment I realized the wash did not get the salt off. I went back and complained - they told me I should have got the deluxe wash which would have got it clean. I told them I get it washed in Michigan when it’s covered with salt and actually pay less for the standard wash and they get all the salt off.
