Whole process was easy from first seeing the car in Auto Trader, visiting Sammys Car, testing the vehicle, then doing paperwork (whole thing took 15 mnts). The car was ready - MOT, valet, full charge - the day I asked, remaining paperwork easy. The staff involved were all pleasant and very efficient. Best car-buying experience I've ever had!
