I called the place to ask if they had BEEF ribs and they said yes. I placed my order over the phone and picked up just right before they closed. I got back to my place and ready to eat, but came to find out they gave me PORK ribs. It was too late for me to call back and get a refund. Someone needs to teach their employees the difference PORK and BEEF ribs. The pork ribs were good, but not what I wanted.

Unfortunatly it was terible. The tri tip was devoid of flavor. It was dry and had no salt at all. The ribs had a good flavor but were so fatty they were enedible. My dog is alergic to a lot of stuff, so i cook big pieces of pork in my pressure cooker. Their pork tasted the same. Not terrible but just blah. The beans taste like they came from a can, im thinking hinzs. The coleslaw was the worst ive tasted. I hope the owner reads this and makes adjustments. Not trying to be mean, just informative.
