They advertised online as a Maytag authorized dealer. It turned out they are not when I called Maytag - but I had already given Sammy's money. I called and asked for my money back - they didn't do any work so shouldn't be a problem, right? - but they refused. The manager, Cindy, said that Sammy's used to be a Maytag authorized company and are in the process of changing the website "as we speak" but refused to give me my money back. GREAT SERVICE – You service our Elkay water fountains in the city Schools. Our suppervisor don't know the terms of the warrenty, my mechanics are getting written up for replacing small parts that we carry in stock.
