Working with Sammy Rashwan wasn't a good experience when I visited SBC. He would talk over me and didn't listen when I wanted to ask questions. He brought me in and charged my insurance and I a fee to tell me that the take home sleep study didn't work instead of telling me over the phone and rescheduling a test. We did the test again and it still didn't work and he just kept telling me I was in the wrong and don't know how to use it. Very attentive and thorough. Clearly has expertise in respiratory and cardiovascular care.
Staff were very polite and I really enjoyed my first visit and the Dr made me feel very comfortable
Very pleasant receptionist, with a knowledgeable staff,didn't have to wait long to be seen
