Ordered a sandwich over the phone, walked into the store 20 minutes later and said I ordered a sandwich over the phone…she (counter) was not listening (didn’t look up while I was at the counter for a couple seconds even while I was talking) Nobody else was at the counter. instead of checking the two sandwiches sitting there or listening to me when I said I called she put it in as a new order (not listening) Wasted like 20 minutes remaking sandwiches that were done which I then was charged full price for Also think I was blam... read more

If you are not Dominican , don’t go to this place. They are racist and they will talk to you and treat you like you are beneath them. For example You can be in the middle of getting your hair done and if their friend or family member walks in they will tell you to get up and sit to the side and start they family’s hair instead . This “establishment” is unprofessional, unruly , and unacceptable. Not to mention they will sip on Beers, And gossip about their customers If you don’t understand Spanish.
