Very poor. MY 5 yr IRA annuity with them came due. I used Sammons Financial (also know as MIDLAND) because this was a suggested company by my Huntington Bank Financial advisor. Since I'm 65, and didn't want to commit to another 5yrs, before I start taking disbursements, I decided to renew my annuity for a 3yr duration. So painful to deal with their employees. I pay for three life insurance for myself and two other partners, and calling them to ask questions is so painful. Simply asking questions requires you to give all your private information and at the end they never help you. Horrible, painful service. No empathy whatsoever. I can only imagine how they will treat someone calling when they need them. I will work on finding a way to transfer our life insurance somewhere else.

I am writing this in hopes this does not happen to anyone else. It is a little long but please read it through and if you feel inclined pass it on. My hope is that everyone will learn about the NORTH AMERICAN INSURANCE COMPANY and how they treated me, a senior.
