History Established in 1986. Jon Sammis didn't start out to be a maker of custom furniture. Initially he was a cabinetmaker who created one-of-a-kind pieces for his family in his spare time, but soon his clientel noticed his furniture and began asking for custom pieces to go with their new cabinetry.
