Extremely Disappointed with This Clinic After relocating to Kentucky, I brought my wife to this clinic to continue her regular spine injections for back pain—something she’d been receiving every three months in our previous state. I provided all her medical records and her MRI CD, and paid $400 out-of-pocket for two visits. The expectation was clear: evaluate the MRI and move forward with the injections. For the first time in years I woke up with NO pain in my lower back and hips. Thank you so much Dr Kruer!!! The injection was virtually painless and very successful. My appt was at 11:15 and that is when I was taken back to the room so there was no waiting whatsoever. It is so nice to be able to walk my dogs without having to cut it short due to pain
Showed up at 9:50 am on a Saturday with my daughter for Xrays as she may have fractured her foot. Their hours are listed as open until 10:30am. The front desk nurse said they were closed. The doctor decided to close early. What??? Close at 10:30am doesn’t mean 9:50am! Yet another example of Beacon’s lack of a solid patient-centric philosophy. Disappointed yet again!
