Rita, and the gang here at Sammamish River Apartments are really great. You can tell they care about their residents! I have lived here a while now and I have put in several work orders. The maintenance team has gotten on top of my issues immediately every time with great communication. I really enjoy my apartment, but the people who work here are what make me feel comfortable. Thanks everyone!
My partner and I loved living here. The proximity to the park, bowling alley, McDonald’s, Safeway, and CVS is wonderful. We had our daughter while we were here and it was a great place to have our baby, a good long walk from here to log boom park and all the places we loved to go. If we could afford to renew our lease (for the space our baby girl needed) we absolutely would have. Ryan was wonderful, always helped us when we needed it. This complex is a dream. Best complex I’ve rented from ever!! Ryan has been great since day one when we initially toured the unit, and almost two years later he is still making sure our experience is a positive one. Super responsive via email, text, and phone, for any questions or concerns, especially when it comes to maintenance work! Ryan and the rest of the staff here were definitely a selling point for us upon signing, and continue to exceed our expectations. Thank you a thousand!!!
This apartment complex is very neat and organized. Plenty of street parking and also the chance to get paid private parking if needed. The management team Rita, Bob, and Ryan are very responsive and respectful. Truly a great team with a great apartments and great neighborhood. Highly recommend!!
