This apartment complex is very neat and organized. Plenty of street parking and also the chance to get paid private parking if needed. The management team Rita, Bob, and Ryan are very responsive and respectful. Truly a great team with a great apartments and great neighborhood. Highly recommend!!
My wife and I have lived in Sammamish River apartments for the past year. We enjoy the amazing riverfront access through the local park. This has been an incredible place to call home. We have experienced top notch management team and communication has been on point from day one.
I have lived at Sammamish River Apartments for the past 6 months and have been continuously impressed by the quality of care and support given by the management team. I had a washer fail, and within 4 days had a new, very nice replacement one installed by their team Better than that, during those four days, I was given access to another property within their group where I could do my laundry for free. Why would you put very, very small apartment numbers in the front parking lot and on the door? Is the owner that cheap? EMTs, police, firefighters, food delivery drivers, mail carriers, package delivery people, and guests will need to get out of their cars and check which hallway has the correct numbers if it's their first time there. When it's raining and dark, you can't see anything. Who is cheap enough to make it that small to save money?
