There is nothing that I like more than a job well done. This is what you can expect from Mike Flaker and his team. From start to finish Mike was professional, timely, honest and respectful of the vision we had for the updating of our home. It was a pleasure to work with Mike. He follows through. He kept us informed and his craftsmanship is impeccable. We were so pleased with his work that we hired him again for some further updates when we listed our home. We would recommend Mike without reservation to anyone.

We needed to sell our house and remodel which can be really overwhelming. They made the remodel process so painless and organized. They remodeled both bathrooms, painted the entire house inside and out, replaced all the doors and trim and fixed all the little things that needed attention. The first time I worked with Sammamish RCB was when I needed to sell my house – and they were SO great to work with, that when we were ready to build our house we had them do it. It turned out great! My property was respected, I had workers checking in, and I felt like I could just fully just step back and let them do what they do best.
