We noticed an ad in front stating that old glasses would reduce the cost by $50, but no one mentioned this to us during our visit. We only saw the sign as we were leaving. When we went back the next day, we were told they were too busy to help. Later, when I called, they said they couldn’t apply the offer because the order had already been processer, even though the promotion is valid until the end of November. Overall, very disappointing customer service.
Dr Dale is the best! Did my cataract surgery in 2019 (monovision) which went perfectly but still see her whenever some other issue crops up with my eyes (styes dry eyes etc). Can’t recommend enough!
My eye exam experience was very positive. Dr. Wang is incredibly kind and easy to talk to. She takes the time to connect with her patients and genuinely cares, which is the main reason I chose this place and continue to come back. The staff are also friendly and create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend this place. Thank you, Dr. Wang!
Dr Dale is the best. She’s helped me through some significant and unusual visual challenges and I trust her without question.
Dr. Rebecca Dale & crew all wonderful, prompt, articulate, & kind. Today saw them in their Sammamish office- a lovely, sunlit waiting room, where its caring receptionists were great too. They carefully reviewed all details as planned & reviewed plan afterwards. Arbor Eyecare is great!
