I have been going to Arbor Eyecare for couple years now. This year I got a pretty stretched out appointment in November end for yearly eye checkup. Not only I did not get any notification, but my appointment was also rescheduled for the following year without my knowledge. Again, no notifications at all. I only found out because I decided to call them on my appointment day and reception realized that there has been a mistake but kept blaming me that I rescheduled it. I made an appointment with them over two months until a couple days before the examination that they sent me a message that they didn't accept my insurance plan. Poor management and customer serivce. In fact my insurance provider clarified with me that this clinic is in-network and all services (Routine and Medical Examination) will be accpeted. If they can clarify with me a bit early, I don't need to wait for so long. Go to other clinic with better service and management.

Not coming back. When I first spoke to the gal with black hair (upfront) she made an amazing impression upon making my appointment. Day of my appointment - Started off great with the Tech and then when Dr came in things started to get rough. I had expressed I have sensitive eyes and have taken the course for contact lenses elsewhere (but couldn’t get the hang of it). I'm sitting here in their office and writing the review. 11.15 is my appointment and 12.40 still waiting. They have a big board in the front desk "$50 deducted if you come late or do no show or cancel last minute" . What do we do when doctors do no show? We just wait for 1 hour 40mins. Just ridiculous. My time isn't free either. Zero star. I need to be compensated for doc being late. Still sitting and waiting.
