Very ordinary experience from start to finish. They won't take any time to reply to emails and they deal with everything through automated applications. They will make sure to hassle your references though! Unprofessional to the point of being rude. Look elsewhere.

I've been a tenant with Samma Real Estate for two years now, and my experience has been great! When I was first approved for my rental, the process was incredibly quick and seamless. Since then, communication has always been smooth and professional. Recently, I had a potential issue, and Joseph McCurry went above and beyond to help me through it. He was kind, empathetic, and efficient in resolving it, which I really appreciated. It's so refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely cares about their tenants. Defs reccomend!
Worst ever no one here takes responsibility when it's their job. I was nice and polite and all the woman did was cut me off. if this woman was a team member then she would have simply said sure I will take the message and rely it to the appropriate person. However she told me that wasn't her job description and she is too busy to give other team members messages More the fool for this woman and real estate. Shocking real estate to deal with. If you can even call them that they have wasted my time. In looking for property I am disabled. They are disrespectful and unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. I do not recommend anybody to even bother giving these people your information. Avoid them at all cost
