Dealt with Sam from the Acheson Location in the summer of 2024. Experience matters, and Sam has tons of it! Excellent customer service and attention to detail, with a wide selection homes from different manufacturers to order from. You can't go wrong dealing with Samlan for your next Mobile Home or Modular purchase.
I would give negative stars if it was possible! This guy records conversations without your knowledge or consent. Is your best friend until you want to make to many changes to make the home what you want or have any hiccups. Thinks you should pay him for any time he spends working on selling you a home. Looks for any way to keep your deposit if you give it directly to him, DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY DEPOSIT use a lawyer to hold all funds if you must deal with him!
