I was extremely disappointed. My new patient appointment was scheduled with Dr Farooq and I expected face to face. After multiple delays of my appointment by the doctor I finally got in. The nurse was great and when she finished, I was informed the Doctor, who WASN'T Farooq, would appear on screen on the computer. The computer was terrible and the screen was bad. Excellent, polite and prompt service! Dr answered all our questions and concerns!
The appointment went great. The nurse listened my daughter being a new patient. The neurologist was great talking to and assured that she would look over her notes being a new patient and her goal was to help her get better. Being able to explain my daughter's situation and getting great feedback was really important to us thank you .
