I was extremely disappointed. My new patient appointment was scheduled with Dr Farooq and I expected face to face. After multiple delays of my appointment by the doctor I finally got in. The nurse was great and when she finished, I was informed the Doctor, who WASN'T Farooq, would appear on screen on the computer. The computer was terrible and the screen was bad.
