Dr Zamani knows me, not all physicians are good at this. She listens well, is empathetic, and willing to try different remedies for any issue. She makes herself available when I need her. I completely trust her and value her insights.
Dr Zamani is the first doctor I've had that takes the time to fully listen to my concerns. She has also contacted me at home after hours to check on me and has called after-hours with test results. She is an excellent physician.
I mistakenly marked 2 or 3 questions where I meant to give the highest rating, waiting time, for instance. I tried to backup and fix my answers and was not able to. I ended up with giving the lowest rating and would like for this to be corrected. Can this be changed? My intention is to give the highest rating in those questions. Thank you.
I'm really quite healthy and rarely need more than my annual visit. Had a cough this year that I needed an appt. for and got it with another physician because mine was out that week. She's always responsive to my questions and returns calls promptly. I trust her diagnostic skills but am a bit disappointed that when I need a referral to another physician for a specialized condition, I usually don't get a specific name but rather a group practice that has many physicians.
