My weekly Pilates class has made me so strong! I’m much more aware of my body and how I hold my posture throughout the day. I love this class and Karen is an incredible teacher! She is very knowledgeable and gives great cues!

Just back from a two-week retreat in Morocco. Samira's carefully curated adventure introduced us to a lovely range of places and people, from rural villagers to gloriously chaotic urban markets to the Sahara Dessert.
