Pretty jewelry , horrible customer service. They appear to only be interested in sales not customer satisfaction. Called to report what I perceived to be a defective piece and the customer service rep implied that I must be the problem since no one else has complained. In the last 6 months I have purchased 3 bracelets. Never again!!!! Be careful. Lilly
