I had lots of problems with my insurance with the staff. As for the Dr he seems he doesn’t care as much anymore. He’s getting close to retirement
This doctor has been my Endo for eight years. Can’t thank him enough for everything he’s done for me. Yes, the office might be a little older and out of date but it’s secure and professional service that’s most important to me. Plus, I’m always taking it on time for my appointment and out soon. This is important to me because so many doctors I’ve visited I’ll wait over 30 to 45 minutes after my appointment time just to see the doctor.

04/24- A full work up as you state could’ve been done on the first day if that’s the case. A diagnosis doesn’t have anything to do with simply telling me the results of my testing which is literally all I asked the dr. and was told by the staff that he refused to tell me without coming in. I didn’t ask him to diagnose me over the phone i just literally wanted the results to my lab testing. I was there for pcos which is normally monitored by lab work so there’s no full work up to it.
