Not to bad .. nice quiet.. there is a young man at the desk thou who doesn't wanna do his job he isn't helpful at all . I put my money in the coke machine and it got stuck i told him and he just sat there looking at me all crazy.

This was a group of 4 people. When I loaded stuff from the car I realized the elevator was out of order. I asked the front desk if we could move to the ground floor. It was early in the day and I said I was willing to wait for one to become available. She told me no because we already agreed to the 3rd floor room at check in. I don't think that's a good enough reason to be denied the ground floor. I felt like their didn't care about my needs as a guest. Dissatisfied with service and hospitality. Everything else was fine.

Everything was terrible from the moment we arrived. Blood stains in the carpet, carpet was wet, stains on linens Refused to give my deposit back for my registered service dog!!

Wish I could give negative 1000 stars. I travel with a service animal, but I always call hotels in advance as a courtesy & to check. I called this hotel THREE or more hours in advance before my arrival time after booking to make them aware and I was told that it was fine & no problem. I get to the hotel at TEN AT NIGHT and am told by a teenager working (after my deposit and money was already taken) that “pets” aren’t allowed and the guy I spoke to was in training and he was wrong so “sorry”.
