We stayed on the Samir Stay in OKC on Feb 19 and again on Feb 21 with non-refundable reservations. On the first stay, the toilet and shower did not work in the room assigned. We were moved to another room and the shower again did not work. On the second stay, the shower in a different room did not work. When we requested a refund for the extremely poorly maintained rooms, we were told that no refund was to be made because the reservations were "non-refundable".
