Doctor is nice and knowledgeable. Not sure if he's aware the way the billing department works but sending a tissue simple to a Laboratory that is out of Network is not a good thing for patients. This is supposed to be covered under the vasectomy procedure but it's NOT!!! Now ALLIANCE LAB is charging me $500 for that just because his billing department doesn't bother to check and let patients know if the patient's insurance covers it or not!!!
