Very bad service, very disrespectful people. They hanged up the call and yelled at me when we were discussing a rent issue. They were unfair to me and they never followed the laws of Minnesota even it was clear, bad management for having Jennifer to talk to customers in very bad way. She needs a lot to learn how to respect and to give good customer service. You will know what I'm talking about when you disagree with them .

Jennifer is an extremely rude individual, and has exhibited poor communication qualifications or customer service skills with any reputable business. Very unprofessional!
