I've been seeing this doctor for several months now, and I truly appreciate the care and attention he provides. He's always been attentive and listens to my concerns, which I value. However, my experience with the front desk staff has been very frustrating. I've been trying to reach them about my lab orders for almost a week, leaving multiple voice messages, but I received no updates or responses. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, My insurance covers 100% for what i was going to do with Samir Khalil, and he send the codes to the lab that gas nothing to do with what i was doing there, keep receiving invoices for me to pay because my insurance will not cover it. The girls at front desk dont know what they are doing there they put you in a hold for hours several days, the doctor always on vacations when its me calling tried to call through my wife phone and the doctor was in the office, just for you to imagine how bad they are
DO NOT COME HERE Dr Samir's will try to charge you without you even knowing.... From just a basic call because he forgot to tell you something to sending the wrong codes to the labs to charge the insurance to later charge you. He also requires a visit every 3 months in order to refill your medications, while other doctor require 6 months or a year Dr Samir is knowledgeable but you will spend hours at the phone with the insurance, the lab and his office trying to figure out why you keep getting invoices. Going to the doctors usually makes everyone feel a bit uneasy but these guys make you feel like home. Dr. Khalil was super attentive The nurses provided extreme care overall an amazing experience Shout out to Dr.K !!!!
I had to come back and write another review!! I misplaced some information Dr. Khalil gave me at my last appointment and called in to get it again. I heard a man’s voice answer the phone. I said…”Is this Dr. Khalil’s office?” He said, “Yeah it’s me, its Dr. Khalil! I heard the phone ringing and answered it! How are you?!” I was gagged!!! I did not call expecting my doctor to answer the phone! As a former medical assistant this touched my heart.
