did not call back on issues he was supposedly following. Then office staff was very rude and said they never received hospital er records that we brought and left with office staff at front desk.
A very good listener who thoroughly explains options.
He listens attentively and goes through the details of your history. Very compassionate and answers my questions sufficiently. He’s the best doctor I’ve had since moving to Florida 12 years ago
Trying to get answers out of the office staff is like pulling teeth without novacaine.Staff hung up on me 3 times before I was able to leave a message. Staff acts as if it is an inconvenience to answer the phone. My insurance requires referrals before I go to a specialist. Dr. wanted to have the testing done as soon as possible. The office is aware of referrals needed, I can't figure out why this can't be handled promptly.
He never asked me about how I felt and any problems I had...just looked at past tests, ordered a bone density test only because I asked him to (I am 78 years old). Just wasnt' present or involved with my care.
This Dr. no professional skill no referral liked, his personal employee no respect patient decision or opinion.
No professional at all. I do not recommend.
Not recommended, poor skill on medicine practices. Don't like referral.
