I was supposed to have an appointment with Dr. Pancholy on 11/5/2025. I booked this appointment in June/July, and this was the earliest that I'd be able to get in the office. When I call the number to confirm my appointment/details to bring in the office, the number is out of service. It took a google search to realize that Dr. Pancholy is at Wayne Memorial Hospital now in Honesdale. I never received a notification regarding this. I have an appointment with Dr Pancholy that I made last August at the Clarks Summit office. I was supposed to see the doctor at the Sturges office on August 13, 2025, at 2pm. I never received a call or a letter, no notice that he is no longer at these locations. I found out, thru the grapevive, that he is now at Wayne Memorial in Honesdale.
