Today 10/23/2025 ,I had an appointment with the doctor kakoodkar at advocate clinic at N Milwaukee Ave Niles, IL. My appointment time is 11:20 am, we arrived more than 15 minutes earlier. We waited 30 minutes after appointment time. Then we asked front end, they did not know when will doctor call for check up so we canceled the appointment and left. We had a worst experience at the advocate clinic at 7900 N Milwaukee ave ste 19 niles IL.
Waiting long time after appointment time. My dad has appointment at 11:20 am. But wait around 30 minutes after appointment time. When ask the front end they said, they do not know how long we need to wait so we canceled the appointment. The worst experience we had.
Dr. Kakodkar is one of the greatest doctors I've ever had. Unlike what Ive experienced with most doctors (ive seen so many over so many years), he doesn't take my power away. He doesnt act as an authority figure. He treats me as if I know what's best for my body and works with me to help find solutions. I think that's the best way to explain it. He offers recommendations without pushing them on me. But then lets me know when he feels something is very important to consider. Doctors like him are very rare, from my experience.... read more
