Vey impressed with her knowledge and the management of My care
Honestly at first I didn’t mind this office. The office staff was usually a little bit rude, and the doctor was somewhat dismissive but other than that I felt as if the treatment plan was pretty standard for my thyroid and I was also familiar with some of it from family history, so I chose to stay as finding an endocrinologist is typically not the easiest. Dr. Syed is a very caring and attentive doctor. She always makes me feel heard and respects my decisions when it comes to my treatment plans. She/her office staff also gets back to my messages within a day.
One of the most apathetic and arrogant doctors I have ever met. She didn’t allow my Mom to ask questions even though my diagnosis was scary and I signed a waiver to allow my Mom access. But oh well!
